Refund policy
At Nami Cares, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. Items that are worn, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@namicares.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at help@namicares.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.

- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked as final sale
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account, as it may take some time for the refund to post. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@namicares.com for further assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you notice any damage, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged product(s) and your order number.
