ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. The shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
SHIPPING ALL OVER THE WORLD
At Nami Cares, we embrace the excitement of uncovering something new. We collaborate with small vendors from across the globe to bring you their unique products. Some items are shipped directly from our international vendors. Due to the nature of shipping, delays may occur, so all our shipping times are provided as estimates only, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Nami Cares is not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that both your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before completing your order. If we make an error, we will take full responsibility and correct your original order at no additional cost to you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that estimated delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays such as customs processing or carrier issues. Nami Cares is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
